  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or additional fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee.


Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Incomplete customer information

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
